At MoveThread, we aim to provide a premium shipping experience to all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected destinations across Europe and other international markets as indicated at checkout. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before completing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where applicable. This means that, for eligible destinations, all customs duties and taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout.

You should not be charged any additional import fees upon delivery for destinations covered by this arrangement.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, MoveThread is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier disruptions, adverse weather, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

MoveThread is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@movethread.com and we will do our best to assist you.
