At MoveThread, we take pride in delivering products of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and fair returns and refunds process in accordance with UK consumer law.
Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at contact@movethread.com within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once unsealed or worn, where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or misdescribed product.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Amount
- The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item.
- Standard outbound shipping charges are refundable in cases of cancellation under your statutory rights.
- Express delivery fees are non-refundable.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@movethread.com.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable duties and taxes are covered by MoveThread. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Customs charges are not refundable once an order has been successfully delivered.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
